Birds of a Feather

Here are a couple mixed media pieces that I have done that fit the Birds of a Feather theme for this weeks "Three Muses Challenge."
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look.  Now I need to head over to Three Muses and check out what everyone else did.

First of all, I love the header to your blog page. It is so warm and inviting and just begging passers-by to call in. Fantastic.
Your birds are exquisite. I love both pictures which are so different, with their own beauty. Wonderful artwork. Thanks so much for joining in the challenge.

Your two pieces are so different, and each special in its own way. I'm partial to the second colorful one. They each seem to have such personality. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice, Trisha. I love the top one especially. I used to do folk art painting and sometimes bird houses and such. This is lovely. The second one is bright and colorful. Love it.

Love them both Trisha, the first one I would have loved to hang in my previous home in the country.

The two pieces are so different from each other. Great job. I especially love the second one. I could see it hanging up in a kids room.

These are each so beautiful in their own right, and show such creativity. Have to confess though, the first is my favourite.
